My name is Jose Ortiz Broker and co-founder of Abacus Realty Group.  Since I begin my career in 1999 the real estate has been changing and evolving, but one thing that was not changing for sure, the commission percentage charged by traditional real estate companies; typically around 5% or 6%.  In Abacus, we change the way traditional real estate commissions are calculated and we come up with a new proposition for Homeowners and future homeowners across the Nation.
