Flat Fee MLS Access
We provide clients with direct access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), allowing them to search for properties and receive notifications. A flat fee MLS (Multiple Listing Service) is a type of real estate listing service and Agreement that allows sellers to hire a real estate agent to sell your property on the MLS typically for a fixed fee, rather than paying a commission at closing. Flat fee MLS is better suited to sellers who prefer to handle the selling process themselves, but still want the exposure that comes with being listed on the MLS.
How it Works
Flat Fee MLS Access Enroll Process
Choose your MLS Access Package:
Choose the level of service you might need between, MLS Pro, MLS Advanced or MLS Supreme. You can also search for services you can request individually for your Home.
Request A Meeting;
Request a Zoom meeting, in-office meeting or you can download your MLS Access Agreement and call if you have any questions. Once you agree, you will be prompted to pay for the service package selected.
Handle Showings and Negotiations:
You’ll be responsible for scheduling showings, negotiating offers, and handling the paperwork associated with the sale.
Work Involved:
You’ll need to be prepared to handle many aspects of the selling process yourself, including marketing, showings, and negotiations.
